I have done a bunch of Unity tutorials in the past. However, not having the CS background I do now, most of the tutorials felt a lot like “do what I do, and hope for the best” – I didn’t really understand the structure of the program.
Now that I’m almost done 2nd year, the syntax and patterns make a lot more sense!
I came back to this endless runner to refresh my Unity. It is a simple running game where you leap over furniture and zombies, trying to stay alive as long as possible before getting pushed offscreen.
It’s not really the most engaging little game, but it’s good to get some fun coding tutorials in between studying for midterms and algorithm assignments.
